Hi lovely ladies! I’m a newbie to this forum and have been lurking around reading every post in the handbook for a month or so. Now I think I am finally ready to dip my toe in and do my first post. At the moment I would label myself as a pickmeisha in rehab, working hard to better myself and stay true to my standards with the help of this amazing forum. I’m not from the US (please excuse my grammar), hence some of the FDS principles, although highly inspirational, are not always a 100% applicable in my specific situation due to cultural differences.

With that said, I would be very interested in knowing your so called time limits or deadlines when it comes to dating? I’m currently setting up my own and would love to have some input!

Disclaimer: Most of my communication with my dates are text based, partly due to cultural context and partly due to my personal preferences. These are my own time limits/deadlines when it comes to communication and dating:

x. Take no longer than 3hrs to reply in text conversation, otherwise I cut him off.

x. Have to reach out and thank me for the date within 24hrs, otherwise cut him off.

x. Have to ask me out on a second date within a week of the first date, otherwise cut him off.

x. Have to express wanting exclusivity within 2 months, otherwise cut him off.

Please let me know what you think (this is a work in progress and I'm open to all kinds of input and advice) and what your own deadlines are!
