Literally had this conversation this morning laying in bed before church.

That’s it. Whole conversation. Be playful. Don’t be ashamed of being a man that enjoys sex. Don’t be ashamed of having a high sex drive. No need to explain. No need to DEER. Women WANT a guy with a high sex drive. They don’t want a limp dick DEERing pussy that is ashamed of his desires.

As for WISNIFG, I can’t offer any help. It bored the fuck out of me too. Drop it and pick up something else. There’s plenty of options. Come back to it later when your mind is more receptive to it.

It’s normal. My experience is the tests get tricky and unexpected because it’s natural for her to become more crafty as you get better at passing STs. Then, eventually if you keep growing, nothing catches you off guard. You pass them all pretty easily. You’re never gonna be 100%, but close. The key is to just put a pause in there so you aren’t reactive.

I'm a proponent of the book WISNIFG, and probably was the first to recommend it years ago. The reason is simple, people don't realize when they are being manipulated.

It's simple, if you can go through life and internalize, "I'm the only person that can judge my actions" then you don't need the book. Otherwise, take it in small doses.

What's a good example of someone trying to get your to judge yourself?

The world is out to kill you forever and you are alone and there's no escape. There are no real breaks, only fleeting moments of the illusion. It can make you miserable at times but if you're smart, you'll realize it's necessary because if you don't know misery and defeat, you don't know joy or success. If you're really smart, you'll learn to enjoy that feeling of self loathing because within it, you build your character. It still sucks a lot. Get over it and either finish the book or don't finish it. Your entertainment is irrelevant. You aren't going to win every battle and that's how it's supposed to be. Focus on the war. Don't listen to me though, I'm retarded.

Almost all of the time, the solution is in your frame, and not your memorized responses. You’ll always better pass a shit test after a heavy squat workout, than a morning of tossing and turning all night.

A lot of stand up comedy, guys like Patrice O’Neal, Bill Burr. I found it super helpful, I love comedy, particularly offensive, really in your face comedy, and it helps with congruence if it’s your style of comedy.

My wife would come at me with some shit, and I had been in the garden or working on the house laughing my arse of to this stuff for hours, so these types of comeback’s would come effortlessly. It’s sounds fucking lame, but like PUA, have a few ‘lines’ in your back pocket, things you’ve heard that cracked you up. It feels super clunky sometimes, but if you’re genuinely laughing, she’ll more often than not join in.
