*Absence

I've recently swallowed the red pill, have a very long way to go, but even after a few days the change in myself and my girlfriend have been ridiculous.

It sounds stupid but just being aware to some of the simple things discussed here is mind blowing. Tiny things I've always been forever oblivious to now make so much sense. I've been under a rock.

On to my question:

I've rejoined the gym. Time to lift. It's near work and is open 24 hours, perfect. I plan on going most days, early morning pre work is my preference, but evenings after work will happen too.

I am also very keen to re invest in relationships with my best friends, we are still close and hang out once a week, but the last 2 years they've been second fiddle to the girl. No more of that.

Every day for the last year has been me coming home to her every night, have food, do fuck all, go to bed. We have plenty of sex but it's stale and not exciting. (Holy fuck that changed after just two days of trying to improve my shit)

Anyway: I very quickly see the "you aren't around anymore, don't you want to spend time with me, is my company that bad" etc etc coming at me as I start to actually invest in myself and not in being a beta dick.

What's the best way I handle this when it happens, I know her well and I know it's coming. Simply looking for the best way to handle it and work it in a productive way.

I'm starting to read all the sidebar materials and get books into my brain. Appreciate the advice.
