I'll probably get down voted for this but:

You are going thru a divorce because of likely being a pussy in your past. That is fine. You have not moved out, because you are broke and can't afford two payments. Fine. You have kids under the same roof as your s2b ex-wife. Fine.

You have made plenty mistakes, which I am sure you know.

I personally think it is pretty tasteless to bring a bar slut home to the same place your s2bex-wife and kids are still living. Fucking her is not, but until the divorce is final your kids should not have any exposure whatsoever to whatever dumb slut you are putting your dick in right now.

Go back to her place and fuck, get a hotel room, do it in the car, but don't bring her back to the marital home until it is no longer the marital home, unless the wife and kids are not there, and have no potential to be there.

It sets a bad precedent for what is left of the relationship, exposes the kids to potential nasty things and finally:

She will use this against you in court when alimony and custody comes up. Use your brain, if you have one above the neck.

Here is a pro tip for you. I have been there done that with the cohabitation with the BPD ex. We did it "for the kids". First, you can never fight with her, not at all. When she tries to provoke you, nod and listen and STFU. Do anything you have to do to avoid an argument, that is her world, you cannot beat her. Second, this is the hardest and most important stage, you need to befriend her. BPDs only see two types of people, friends and enemies. You are currently the enemy, you are responsible for all of her bad feelings and bad experiences, even the experiences she had before you met her. You need to change her targetting software to recognise you as friend rather than enemy.

How - well it will take time, firstly remember a wise man keeps his friends close and his enemies closer. Second remember this is best for any kids, they see two adults cooperating, not two animals fighting. So you just STFU in all situations, leave if you have to. Keep all of your communications friendly, say shit like "we tried our best to make a happy family, it didn't work, at least we have this wonderful kid". Say that her hapiness is important to you and that you will always be there for her (you have to be anyway until kids grow up). Even humour her in rants, when she says "well you did A,B and C" fog and say non specific things like "I wish I had been stronger, I'm not perfect, I never meant for A,B or C to happen". Give the dog a bone without conceding anything major. If you can turn this enemy into a friend (fake it til you make it), just watch your problems evaporate. Unless you deadlifted 565lbs, which is impossible based on your bench and squat, you didn't accomplish shit. If you start adding OH press and bent over row, then shit, I joined that club a long time ago and it isn't very exclusive either.

It is your three main lifts added up. Bench, Squat, and Deadlift. This is extremely difficult and can typically only be done by serious lifters after years in the gym. Maybe there are some really big fat dudes that can pull this off to skew these numbers. I dunno.

Personally I wouldn't bring them home either. When you call her bluff on moving out she will think "two can play at this game".
