I'm only a couple months into my MAP, but have had some pretty good, early success by applying what I'm learning, and trying to keep my expectations in check (I know I don't deserve shit, right now, but that doesn't stop me from trying).

Sex has been great the last few weeks (approaching porn star quality, anal is back on the table, etc), but the other night, the following happened:

We're going at it, I've gotten her off 5-6 times while she's telling me what a naughty little slut she is, and we hear the baby on the monitor waking up. I'm thinking "no big deal, we can pick up where we left off like any other night when this happens", only this time she blows up at me "Why haven't you finished yet!". She's swearing and furious. I laughed and said "because I wasn't done with you yet", and she continues on being super pissed and heads to nurse baby back to sleep.

I was pretty shocked, because with little kids, it's not like this is the first time we've gotten interrupted. Usually, we'll pick up where we left off once the kid/kids are back to sleep, and all is well. The only thing I can think happened here, is that she was getting tired and wanted to be finished and felt bad/guilty about me not getting off.

My response was to treat it a bit like a comfort test, so I followed her back to bed and explained that I was having a great time, and I wanted to understand why she's so angry. She said something about "not being good enough", and I dropped it and went to sleep shortly after that. In hindsight, though, I can't help wondering if I should have handled it differently.

So my question to the veteran guys here, is what the fuck happened and what's the best way to handle this sort of thing?
