First of all, take responsibility that you have allowed this behavior to take place for some time now, I don’t know how long but you have allowed and encouraged it. As such, you aren’t going to change it overnight and she also knows that are you unlikely to do anything at all about your complaints that she would probably rightly complain to her girlfriends as “my man BITCHES” at me.

Point is to take responsibility for what you have done, and decide how you want to undo it. Then STFU. Your words mean very little, like she would even understand them. Don’t sit her down and have a talk, dumbest thing you can do. Withdraw attention and affection. If she isn’t seeking those two things out, you have been replaced, even if you haven’t already been replaced. A girlfriend (platonic) of mine used to say “a woman gets over the relationship while she is still in it”, check for this, and do all the changes without opening your mouth.

If your SO of 3 years is seeking attention from other men this aggressively, I’d have a full stop conversation. She’s looking for Chad, but not cutting loose Beta Bucks just in case.

If you want to continue this relationship, you’re going to have to have a tough conversation to understand why she needs this validation as she says.

I think this plays out as you’re guessing. I’d start planning my exit and focusing on yourself. Would be very difficult to rein this back in. And even then; it’s likely not worth it. Your SO needs/wants something you can’t provide: Attention from other men.
