I'm a couple of weeks from finalizing divorce. Rambo'd MRP shit w/ a wife with legit childhood trauma/depression/anxiety, FUBAR'd everything. She's done, don't blame her.

I've read a lot of the sidebar, understand game (have a lottttt to learn), was always thinking in relation to my marriage. I'm 37, 5' 11", 195, sq 305, dl 385. Need to lose ~15. Balding. Fantastic ginger beard. Reasonably attractive guy. The very attractive 20 year olds @ my gym don't know of my existence. The Moms are friendly. Make $200k in tech sales. I'm really good at talking to people... analytically. Dress well.

I'm going to build the fk out of myself. Have lofty goals in the gym, have my diet on point. I want to see what I can become. I still play adult baseball, I care too much about it. I want to fucking rake this year. And I now love lifting.

I was brought up to "respect women" by my feminist mother. I thought ONS were unacceptable. Love & respect was the way to their heart. All that BS. I said no to chicks offering in college because I felt wrong about it. It's so cringey.

I want... the opposite of that. I want to find and have sex with women. I do not want a real relationship anytime soon.

Why am I posting this? I'm wondering what strategies work for people in similar positions. I've spent a lot of time reading TRP/MRP -- I'm going to start reading up on actual game/pick-up.

Should I focus on day game? Should I invest time into the apps? What else?

Rollo talks about the difficulty of women my age, that 18-23 are the most fun/reasonable to pursue. Does this stand for a dude getting close to 40? How should I calibrate?

My SMV is probably as high as it has ever been, but I'm 13 years removed from the SM. I suppose all there is to do is to put myself out there and see what happens, recalibrate accordingly. Hoping for some guidance from those that have done similar so I can do it more efficiently & effectively.
