I am doing very well in my progress. I am just now starting to be happy with myself and enjoying myself and my progress. I am not becoming a better man as a covert contract to get more pussy from spouse; I am doing it to gain respect for myself and I am achieving that goal.

I am still only about a year in and still run into grey areas I don't always understand. Thus, the three questions.

  1. After relaxing a little bit from work, I like to tidy up our bedroom. I also make it a point to clean dishes in the morning and at night. I don't do it for her, but rather to better my castle. It is not in any way a covert contract. But I don't know how that looks in her eyes. So, is cleaning wrong? Do I let my castle fall into disrepair? And 'make the bitch do the cleaning' isn't the answer because she busts her ass at school and at work and with the kids.

  2. I get conflicting advice about sex. I have reached the point where I want it, but I don't NEED it from her. I don't have to crawl to her to get it. That means I'll let time pass where I just don't get laid because I don't want it to seem like I'm desperate for her to spread her legs. I feel good showing her that I'm 'over' the pedestal stage by not chasing her ass. Other advice on red pill reddits say to step it up a notch in the bedroom. Pin her down, cum on her face. Pull her hair. I would love to know different people's experience there. Frame-wise, I am not quite where I need to be to act that way. Lifting has given me gains, but I want another month before I peel off a shirt and have something to show off.

  3. Kino. I understand the importance of it with plates and other groups, but what do you do when you have an un-affectionate wife? She is not American and is from a culture that sort of applauds not touching. Her parents never touch. In her home country, no one touches anyone. Sex is seen as something to make babies, and occasionally its something women give to their men to appease their horny desires. In short, this question is- how do you handle kino with someone who doesn't want/like being touched?

I will grow much from hearing your various experiences with these three topics.
