You weren't their best option and something better came along

Seems like a solid reason. What can I do to improve?

Yep, don't do the whole "I'm busy this year how about next year" shit. They aren't that busy ... Nobody is ... They just want to procrastinate and keep you on the hook for whatever reason. Never had a date past a week of first meeting not fall through. Even across one weekend is too long so if you meet a girl Thursday and she doesn't have one fucking hour this weekend and isn't in China ... Next. There's no point. Too much effort for very little chance of any reward.

Not enough information to say.

Got real numbers, they answered, so I'd assume your opening, appearance, and in-person presentation is acceptable.

Perhaps it's coincidence? Any of them reschedule, or are they straight up cancellations?

Are you texting them a lot? Not at all? Just a bit?

How long of a time gap are you leaving before the date? A day or two? A week? (IMO, a day or two is a solid plan, a week or two leaves too much time for something better to come up.)

You have sketchy social media that might result in them cancelling once they get home and get the chance to search your name/number?

It's happened the same way a couple of time. So I'll give you the average.

Real numbers, they answered and texted a day or two before setting up the date. We pick a day that works for both of us then they are suddenly busy that day.

I could try to re-schedule but I get the feeling the same thing will happen again, they haven't made effort to reschedule.

Texting for a day or two before setting up a date for a few days later.

they haven't made effort to reschedule.

They're cancelling. Anyone interested who has something come up will offer an alternative time. If they don't, it's because they're just making an excuse to cancel.

The fact that they make the date in the first place implies that it's some sort of post-commitment change. They changed their mind for some reason.

If you continue to text after the date is sent, you might be shooting yourself in the foot. If your online presence is off-putting (guarantee these girls google you, put your name into facebook, etc), you might be shooting yourself in the foot.

Other than that, it might just be bad luck. Shit happens, sometimes you land in a bad streak.

Don't fuck with these types. It's really as simple as if they like you they will pursue. Took me forever to figure out and I looked like a desperate fuck asking to hangout all the time and getting stood up when I didn't even really care to hangout with these "busy girls". People get busy ... It's true but think about yourself. Let's make an appointment for doing your taxes that isn't really pressing and could be rescheduled or transferred to another company. What do you have to do tomorrow night? Probably said something like "work" or "doctors appt" or something more bullshitty like "chores". But let's pretend you don't have anything to do. Why would you cancel? You didn't remember you were busy ... You're not 5 you know what the fuck is on your schedule. Nah you make other plans. Because whatever you committed to is fucking boring. Now if I had said lets make an appt for a party with a bunch of models that want to fuck you your schedule could be visiting your mom in the hospital and you'd reschedule it (hyperbole ... Don't do that to your mom but you get the point). This is how women see dating. If they aren't interested you will get stood up but just wait for a girl that is chasing you. You won't ever go back to that sickening groveling. First date is iffy. It could turn around later to her liking you and seeking you out and if you want to fuck around with that you have more patience than me. But after the first date and before the 10th date getting stood up for anything less than an emergency is unacceptable.

Its par for the course. No big deal. Reduce investment and work on yourself.

You're setting the date too far out.

So you meet them either in person or online. Get number, text for 1-2 days. Then set a date for 1-4 MORE days away.

You're outside of the "feels" bubble, man. You get number, you set a date for 48 hours out MAX, 24 hours preferably. If she doesn't show, she doesn't show, but don't waste anymore WEEKS of your life this way.

proceed with the same girl or next?

Women flake all the time. There is no flake proof plan. If you're spinning plates make multiple dates on the same night or simply call up other plates to set something up.

Lost feelz. Waited to long, another guy, anything. Just next.
