So, the past week I've made a number of posts about this potential LTR and how I caught feelings and basically fucked it up with her. I have finally learned my lesson and moved on. The problem is, I feel like my old alpha self was so long ago (its only been 9 weeks - but it feels like a long time)

I was practically an incel until I was 21. Then I learned some game. Ive had a very fruitful 20's sexually. Although I was in a few LTR's I had my number up to about 25 by the time I was 24. Then I was in an LTR for 3 years. It ended with the girl cheating on me, and it was just horrible. I discovered tinder - and then I went on a rampage - Im definitely near 200. I say all of this just to give some background and to say that for the past 3 years - I definitely know how it feels to feel confidence, have abundance, and generally get satisfaction out of life.

Now in September, at 30 years old - I moved in with my parents for what is to be one year due to student debt. I have been living on my own for the past 10 years. The first 2 months were great, and I picked up a few plates in the area. Was working on my life and developing my relationship with my parents and myself at the gym. Then I had my oneitis disaster.

Now I feel a shell of what I was. I am 30, living at my parents, working at a job I don't like. None of my good friends live in the area, and I cant go see them often because they work 9-5s and I work all night on the weekends. I have lost a lot of energy to goto the gym, been drinking too much, and jacking it again. (I was doing nofap for sept-oct) On top of that - I still have that tiny bit of the most bitter part of TRP unswallowed - every time i see someone I know getting engaged or married (happening a lot now at 30) - I feel more and more like I am being left behind. While at first I was grateful my parents let me stay with them, now I find it to be extremely aggravating. I know the usual stuff - read, lift, get laid, cut back on the drinking - I know I need to do all of that. But does anyone else have specific advice unique to this situation? I'm having trouble even getting started - I feel very depressed.
