It happens. Sounds like it's not physiological and is basically performance anxiety. Our culture puts such a high value on sexual performance that it's easy to make it more complicated and higher pressure than it needs to be-- especially when you're young.

Foreplay > Oral Sex > Fucking helps transition. If she blows you halfway to completion it's a bit less likely you'll lose it. Might not be perfect at first, but gradually you'll build confidence/be more relaxed and it will go away.
