I'm grey haired and have never had issue dating young women. I think the salt-pepper actually helps.

You sound boring, though. And how much you lift isn't as important as how you carry yourself. How's your actual body?

Your age isn't off-putting, you just have to be confident and charismatic and be fun for them. If you're not fun, they're bored. If there's nothing to be curious about, they're bored.

You're probably talking too much about yourself. Boring. Younger women want to be active, so lead them into active things to keep their attention. Things you like doing, that you want to do.

When I date much younger women, I don't do what others guys do (restaurant, concerts, bars). I do activities I love to do by myself, and they generally like doing them, too -- because it's different.

One thing that's always been important with a big age gap is that I never initiated texts or whatever. I also never add a gal to Facebook, ever. They text me "heyyyyyyyyyyy" after a few days of silence and I just write back "busy now, come by tonight at 6:30" and keep it mysterious.

Many young girls hit a mini wall at 20-24 and actually start looking for maturity even more. Your SMV is probably just too low, or your not showing it enough. Many older men do very well in today's market if they themselves can get their own age out of their heads. If she ever mentions your age negatively it's a guaranteed shit test. How would she treat George Clooney if he were in the room? You most likely just failed a shit test. If you were younger she'd be shit testing you about immaturity. This is how women operate.

Lettuce be cereal, you aren't looking for a LTR with these girls, so don't waste your time "dating". Make it an exciting adventure to be with you, take full control and let them sit back and enjoy the ride - that's all they want. Smashing is easy, the millennial generation are a lot more open. Confirm the attraction is there then don't waste time sealing the deal. Dinner or a drink then netflix and chill.

You're at a completely different stage of life than the girls you're dating and it also sounds from your comments you're doing it wrong so best of luck.

Act younger. I have been told I look about 18-21, but it helps that I'm on the shorter side. But, if you sound like an adult and talk about adult things, they're going to feel too young.

Make sure your hobbies and interests are relateable/fun for young people.

Also, if you're "too" big, like a forever-in-the gym rat, I know a lot of girls who think there's a line where it's too much. Don't overgrow your body to increase your appeal more broadly.

So you have a sample size of 1? That's hardly enough info. Go out on a few more dates with young women and get back to us. Also, explain more about the dates. It's possibly that it's just your dating game that needs to be tweeked. I'm 34 and I don't have any problems dating (much) younger.

Maybe you're focusing on your age too much in your conversations. Its clear your a little uncomfortable dating younger women and its making them uncomfortable. But you know its ok to date younger women, so start feeling it as well. Also, don't add them to FB.

Girls love older guys. I'm still a younger guy, 27, but for example my dad is 52 and when we go out young girls always give him looks. My sister who is 16 says when he goes to her school for report cards or whatever her classmates are always like omg your dad's so hot. I remember we were out shopping for steaks for a BBQ and this young girl like a hb8 and starts talking to him, she asked him if he was seeing somebody. He's married has been for 28 years or so, so he said sorry no. He was obviously flustered because he's socially not super good with women but he's been out of the game for so long I can't blame him. It's hilarious how you have these idiots in the thread saying no way this could happen when it happens all the time. If you're a sexy man then you will have zero issues picking up young women. My dad is proof that I'm not worried about sexual capabilities as I get older. If you're failing with women at 30 it's either because you are physically unattractive, or mentally unattractive. Considering you got deleted after hour date I'm going to say it's your personality.
