Recently I started observing people particularly on campus. Very rarely do u come across an individual with whats considered really good posture with shoulders pushed back. The difference is huge when u look at urself side on in the mirror, hence why I have adapted this for about a wk now. I still consistently have to remind myself to maintain perfect posture, also becoming straining after extended periods of work. It hasn't become natural, does it eventually become second nature keeping at it?
