Just by reading this, it’s easy to tell that she held all the power and frame in the relationship. You probably lost your masculine frame by accommodating her too much and being afraid to rock the boat and lose her.

Cut contact, go lift heavy and get on your grind. She’s just a woman, you don’t need her or any other. If you can pull a 9 as you are now, couldn’t you pull a 10 after continued dedicated self-improvement? You have oneitis. I went through the same thing. Almost every guy who gets with their first bombshell will end up getting needy and blowing it up.

If you want her back, you have to stop contacting her completely. Sharpen up your game and start hitting on new girls again to gain your confidence back that you can get with a girl as hot as her again in the future. Lower your standards and date multiple girls 2-3 points below your oneitis to build your confidence back up.

Hey. So i went through a similar situation recently. Dated a gym chick for a month and developed oneitis. Of course, she dropped me and now i have to see her on the gym. Sucks.

Things that help: - no fking contact, or almost none. - lifting -have sex with more women. At first i would compare them with my oneitis, but now the feeling is slowly dissappearing.
