First off, service people can sometimes just have this manner with everyone. It makes the job better having a positive attitude, but if she is really flirting your best bet is not to have a line around behind you. Nothing worse than holding up everyone else, and making an audience when trying to communicate.

So what I would do is say something like hey when do you get off? Let's go do x worse case scenario is she declines.

Quick and to the point - have your phone ready for her to enter her number. She is on the clock and her boss is not far away. Don't be surprised to find that what you see as being flirty is her just trying to do her job.

A lot of girls will flirt hard at first but then the second they have you in pursuit they're sneering down their nose at you. That way they get a nice double dose of validation for getting your interest AND rejecting you.

Sure it was her who telegraphed the interest first but what is that little detail to a hamster? It just tells her "See how everybody wants you? You're so much better than them though."

I've worked with hot highschool teens in fastfood who played this game with any decently attractive customer, all damn day. Then they turn around and gossip about what a creep that guy was as if it was 100% his doing. That experience soured me to ever flirting with women on the clock.

It also drilled the 80/20 rule into my head long before I had it laid out for me by this sub. Hang out with desirable pussy in that type of environment long enough and you begin to realize that medium-SMV men almost have it worse than low-smv men. Instead of being invisible to women they're used for ego-fodder, its maddening.

Asking a girl out within a minute of meeting her has a high probability of failing because you have done nothing to make her interested.

The advice here is good but you have to talk to her for at least a minute or two to build up some sort of rapport.

Before you start dating/spinning a flirty cashier girl, make sure you understand that you are the prize. She needs to work hard for a high value man.

Being successful and well-dressed, my friends and I occasionally come across flirtatious cashiers. They are desperate to get out of their situation, so it's an easy target. I never went for one because I had plenty of other higher-value options, like girls pursuing a college education and working in an internship program.

If you still want to try after you understand that, then hold eye contact with her, walk up to her and be honest about what you want.

My girl get given like 5+ numbers a day. Odds are you aren't going to succeed if you try and give her you number. Ask for hers. If you get it text her when you would imagine her shift would have finished. If she texts back call her and work out a date.
