Don't hard next a girl because she shit tested. Don't hard next a girl because you failed shit tests. Don't hard next a girl because you fucked up your frame.
There are TWO reasons to hard next a girl:
- You know you'll get oneitis and invest more than she is worth. You know she's a hoe, but she's a good player and is gaming you, AND you know you're so hooked you're unable to control it by soft nexting. You hard next her to prevent being explored the way hoes explore men;
- She is a psycho. Her game is undermining your sense of self worth. Or she's a love bomb dropping BPD. You hard next these ones because they'll kill you.
And there is another good, but not absolute, reason to hard next: She dumped you.

Hard nexting in any other situation is just denying yourself access to a pussy that might come for cheap in the future. WHY would you do that?

Back to you OP, WHY would you hard next the girl? Because she shit tested and you're eternally ashamed of ever having failed it?

Stop doing anything nice for her. If she asks, tell her "Remember when you didn't do X because you said I didn't do Y? Well, now I'm not gonna do Z, I think it works out".

Pretty soon, she'll start not being so ungrateful, or she'll be pissed enough that this relationship will fizzle out. Both scenarios, problem solved.
