All the cases that were dropped happened when men had proof of implied consent either by text or by photo or video on their phone. My suggestion is to just take videos of her "enthusiastically" consenting to fucking you. Or if you don't want conflict of her being upset by pics/videos, have an app on your phone that records audio secretly. Of course it's illegal to record people without their consent in many places, but it's better than being accused of rape.

A lot of the advice you're getting is how to defend yourself from the accusations after they've been made, and maybe that's what you meant.

Your direct question as I understand it is how to avoid them altogether. The reality is, nothing can stop a woman from going to the police or a magistrate to lie.

If you're looking at ways to mitigate the possibility, I suggest avoiding situations that give her a reason to do this. While women can be incredibly vile and vindictive in ways men simply can't/don't understand, they typically do have ~~reasons~~ causes for their irrational behavior. If they feels used or scorned somehow, they want to get even and watch you suffer, or at least feel like they're coming out on top.

Just a few simple and easy tips:

Don't fuck with married/engaged women.

They will castrate you in front of their husbands or fiancés and a jury of their peers with tears and details of events born only of their imagination just to save their marriages/Disney lifestyles. Don't forget, women want their cake and to eat it, too, but when push comes to shove, she'll purge you and flush faster than you can say "I didn't know".

Don't overtly lie unnecessarily.

I know this might sound like concern trolling or moralizing, but it's relevant to your question. Women don't like to be lied to any more than you do. You can playfully stretch the truth, but if you cross enough lines, you're playing with fire; you really can't guess perfectly what will set someone off. Consider that women have higher rates of undiagnosed mental disabilities and conditions, because their peers accept their friends' quirks (especially in childhood), and they are more difficult to identify, because they effect behavior in women differently than they do men.

Learn the flags. (I don't know them all, but I have met crazy and was colorblind to certain behaviors).

Is she on-again off-again with old flames? Does she have a reputation for treating men badly, even if you haven't experienced it yourself? Has she ever spoken badly about her parents, or aggressively tried to point out bad things about yours (as a form of projection/deflection)? Are there parts about her past she doesn't talk about? Has she ever admitted to attempting suicide? Is she significantly more attractive than her "besties"?

The list is incomplete and imperfect, and isn't exclusive to club thots, but I hope you get the impression I want to give you. That you have a significant control over the level of risk you are willing to take.

Proactive Measures

1) Avoid playing with fire. Abandon ship if there is/are

noticeable red flags: VICTIMHOOD, Drama Queen (esp over trivial things), lack of empathy, problem creator/depressive, impulsive, drug addiction, tattoos, criminal.
alcohol/drugs involved.
conversations of past rapes/harassments.
boyfriend or husband

2) Place HIDDEN camera in every room at your place. Use a voice recorder at her place. Talk dirty with plausible deniability and she will reciprocate which acknowledges her consent. Later, backup recordings on an external storage drive.

3) Text her the next day offering to meet up again to give her a chance to say "Yeah it was great." Doesn't matter if she doesn't reply, but proceed to reactive measure if it is obvious she is having second thoughts. Don't kiss and tell, incase she has a boyfriend, husband, or feels slutty.

Reactive Measures

4) SHUT UP, so you don't self incriminate yourself. Hire a GOOD lawyer that specializes in these cases and follow his advice. Don't try to stop her from victimizing herself all over social media and don't tell her about the videos.

5) Release videos, let the media try to rationalize all the inconsistency. Let feminist and MTGOW debate, you only care about your employer and immediate family knowing the truth.

Legality: Not a lawyer, but if recording is illegal you are choosing between being charged with rape or illegal recordings. Even if you can't use the recording in court, it will help you counter attack her on social media. The worst scenario is you do go to jail, but the slut will face tons of criticism on social media. This is better than not posting the videos, which incentivizes false rape claims because they get tons of attention without criticism. Ideally, your lawyer is good or the backslash on social media makes her drop the claims.

Honestly I’d say if the previous location you were at you were both consuming alcohol, limit your intake a bit and make sure that when it comes time for sex you can perform well. If they value you enough, they won't even consider doing it. Simple show them you aren't a cuck and know that you need sex too. You tick them and give them the wrong vibe, you're a creep.
