Your fucking up on step 2.....you don't "get to know her" you clearly state your intentions with the girl from the start and she accepts or denies.

You're becoming her friend and then wondering why she sees you as a friend.

Tell her she has sexy lips...nice eyes(something that clearly implies you are not going to be a friend).....and you two need to hang out sometime soon. Right off top. No beating around the bush with bullshit small talk.

She accepts.....you make a date and try to get physical. Kino....kiss.... foreplay...sex.

She says no.....you forget she ever existed and promptly move on with your life.

You keep trying to be friends because your confidence is low and you don't feel worthy....so your trying to "nice guy" your way in. Nice guys dont make women wet.

Hit the weights, work on your style. And always be approaching and talking with multiple women to prevent oneitis.

you are afraid to "risk losing her".
