Lift heavy. Do very low reps of compound exercises. Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press.

Lower your stress levels by meditating daily and journaling.

Take vitamins like ZMA and Vitamin D.

Lower your body fat % to low teens.

I take AlphaJYM which helps your body produce natural testosterone and helps decrease estrogen levels.

Avoid binge fapping. Limit yourself to 1 fap a week or fuck some hot bitches often.

Sleep should be one of your priorities. Pick a sleeping schedule and stick to it. If you need to be asleep by 10pm and get up at 6:30am, then be in bed at 9pm. Sometimes I get 9 hours of sleep.

If you really are suffering from hypogonadism nothing else than replacemetn therapy will help.

Go read the wiki at /r/testosterone and get your blood tested and post results there ASAP. No other way to find out. You cannot self-diagnose hormonal issues without necessary blood tests.

I.e. hot flushes are not a symptom of low t, but rathre of high e2.

Unless you have bloods proving you have low testosterone you don't know that you have low testosterone.

First of all, if you didn't do anything crazy, I highly doubt that your testicles have really gotten smaller. Most likely your just fine and need some manliness back. Chances are your panic attack happened because you are weak aswell (were drugs or weed involved ? then THAT WAS THE CAUSE). I had 3-4 panic attacks in my life, the kind where you think you die of heart attack and at the same time you want to get away from all people and hide in dark room alone. Once I called an ambulance.

I can say what worked for me:

Work. Out. Every. Day - except sunday.

I invest about 45-60 min every day right after work (taking my stuff with me in the morning and going right after work). I push myself pretty hard though, and I recommend giving all you got. (But take weights you can do clean reps with, even if they look tiny compared to what other lift, that's normal too; as reference I started with 8kg each for curls). I recommend doing some cardio at the end for 10 mins to get your endurance up a bit aswell.

I try not to spend more than 50 min training per day so I have some time left. (The whole journey and shower adds up to pretty much one hour)

And cue magic, three months later, I feel fit, strong and great.

I eat somewhat healthy but I have no special plans.

This was easily enough for me and I therefore do not recommend any special magic potions except if you want to train for competitions. Otherwise you don't need all that stuff.

I would try this, most likely you're just weak. If you don't feel better after three months get your T-Levels tested. (first two weeks are very hard, that's normal)

Regarding diets = low carb is bad for testosterone. Eat lots of good saturated fats from meats, olive oil, avocados, etc.

Regarding supplements, they are covered at length in this thread but Ginger and Maca Root can also help.

Low testesterone also is a symptom of other problems eg problems with the parietal lobe. Get your hormones checked too.

Ask a doctor - get bloodwork done if you are extremely worried about this. Do not self medicate or self diagnose!

What you’re going through or are getting over could throw off your natural hormonal processes and can take some time to get back in balance.

Worry more about maintaining a productive daily routine with plenty of sleep, robust exercise, and real nutritious meals. Many problems I thought I had were solved once I started practicing a healthier, more responsible daily life.

Highly recommend seeing a professional counselor first, they will know if a problem is beyond behavioral therapy.
