Read through the comments and responses a bit. You need to learn to move on. You're a man, and you're not even 24 yet. Do you realize you still have at least 20 years to be getting laid with all kinds of women? Grow up, and work on improving yourself. This is what TRP is about, not being pissed at women for being women. They appeal and reject because it's in their nature, their goal is to attain the best male they possibly can.

You need to learn to channel your "neediness", because if it's obvious to a woman how much you want it, you're likely not going to get it. To do this, you need hobbies. Do you have hobbies? And you need to vent physically, so go to the gym.

Worried about rape? You have to figure out how to make a woman think that sleeping with you was her idea, and what she wants to do.

In school, workplaces everywhere, women are wearing make-up and revealing clothing which makes me both distracted and horny.

Realize that women can't make you anything. It's easy to learn to look away when they walk by or look at their foreheads when addressing them, and it's professional to do so as well.

Realize you strongly disapprove of their behavior, but not them as people. The same woman who has a huge ego at the club might act like a down-to-earth person in another part of her life. Learn to condemn their behavior instead of condemning them.

Getting angry at women because because they behave in a certain way is like getting mad at cats because they kill mice and birds.

It is a life long process. When I am angry/disappointed I try and do an honest evaluation of myself to see where my belief system was flawed.

It seems your biggest problem is that you're blaming others for your issues. The reality of the situation is YOU are the only variable you have control of and that you can change. It is YOUR responsibility to adapt to the culture and way things are and find means to be happy and fulfilled despite the imperfections.

Part of being a mentally strong man is NOT letting everything else have such a detriment on your happiness. Until you rid yourself of this shitty line of thinking and word view, you will continue to feel sorry yourself.

You need to devote 100% of your free time to self-improvement. It is preached endlessly here; but really it is the most effective way to establish self confidence and overall happiness. Lift weights, learn new skills, advance your career. Improve your social skills and don't judge yourself harshly. As long as you are moving forward that is all that matters.

Answering in order

1) don't go to clubs then. Plenty of other places like bars to go to

2) who cares. Stop being so angry and approach women. This is all approach anxiety and inability to act when you want to on girls. Approach more and all of this shit will melt away.

3) Stop caring about rejection. People get rejected all the time. Your fear of rejection will melt away once you approach more. I SERIOUSLY suggest going over to /r/howtonotgiveafuck and do the project mayhem challenges. That will cure you of most of the approach anxiety

4) this shit happens and you just need to get used to spotting the crazy ones who would pull shit like this.

5) Neediness comes from the lack of approaching and not knowing there are plenty of girls. If you know there are plenty of them, then the fear of rejection is dramatically reduced because if it doesn't work out with this girl, then you have other options. Also be honest in your intentions and show your sexuality. Girls like those who are open and honest about their intentions. Just don't be crude about it.

6) if you do weed everyday, cut that shit out. Continuous Weed usage has had a history of making people content and complacent. It will kill your ambition and spur only inaction. Join a support group or something if it's really bad.

Tl;Dr cut the weed, stop blaming women for your approach anxiety, visit /r/howtonotgiveafuck and do project mayhem challenges and JUST... GODAMN... APPROACH. It will cut all other excuses out.

You need to realize that nothing in life is fair, in any way. If you're going to get what you want, you'll need patience, persistence and hard work. No matter what it is you're trying to achieve. Realize that women cannot make you happy and it isn't their responsibility. They depend upon your ability to make them happy since it is you who will set the frame and they will reflect who and what you are.
