The reframe I found comforting is that she did you a favour by ghosting, that tells which kind of person she is.

She is a coward for not letting you know she's not interested. Do you really like a woman like that? Move on to better people and healthier relationships.

It's ok to be critical of yourself in order to improve, but don't take blame for other people's mistakes.

In simple words? You become attached to women probably because you place them subconsciously at a higher level than you. Work on yourself so you can become attractive to more women this way you won't care if a women ghosts you or not. Believe me when you're dealing with 3-4 women on a regular basis you won't care if a women stays or leaves.

Honestly it never stops hurting man. Best you can do is not let it hurt your ego or let those bitches control how you value yourself. First time it happened to me I thought about it for weeks and it depressed me considering how attractive she was and what made it worse it was my very first date, she seemed really into me, and to top it off she was easily a HB9. Set me back quite a bit back when she ghosted me but I realized my mistakes one of which was thinking about it and her. Best way to avoid the hurt feelings is to not get emotionally attached to a plate. Meet em, fuck em, if they’re still interested keep em around but don’t let them control you. You are the man, they are lucky if you ever even talk to them again afterwards. They ghost you, forget them and look for new plates. If she didn’t think you were good enough in the first place she never would’ve hooked up with you in the first place. Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.

There's always at least a 50% chance a woman will ghost you after a hook up. Sometimes it's more or less either way and don't think you're special because men do it too. it's just the nature of the game.

A good mindset is to always expect it. My way of dealing with hook ups is to refocus my attention on another chick right after so that I don't feel a loss if it reaches to that.
