I am a 17 year old, 18 this year. I have been lifting for over a year now, went from 138lbs at 5'11 to 168lbs. Currently in my final year of high school. I went from benching 45kg max to 90kg. I still do have a while to go and am no where near where I'd like to be in terms of how my body looks. My goal is to get my weight to 180lbs by the end of the year. My long term goal is to get a degree in finance, open up my own business, and become a property developer in order to build a passive income.

I still have these deep rooted insecurities about myself that I can't get rid of. For one, I am foreign and middle eastern so I've got this big fucking beak of a nose in the middle of my face. I get loads of comments about it, from mates and from family. How do I learn to accept it for what it is and let go of this insecurity?

Also, I am now physically bigger than most males my age, however, I have always been a passive guy who's afraid of confrontation. I'd like to be dominant and aggressive, not just with girls but with everyone. However, mentally I am weak and intimidated easily. My frame is really weak. I thought lifting would boost my confidence, but it hasn't. I am known to be timid and soft by my family. How do I change this? Could martial arts change this mentality?

The people who thrive within my age and in my environment are those who sell drugs or do drugs, those guys who get into fights or initiate them. The ones who break the law. Girls love these guys and go crazy over them. They have adopted a DGAF mentality but to the extreme. They all tend to have no regard for school and have the highest social status, with the largest social media following. This has become a large portion of my generation, in my environment. I have close friends like this and the amount of pussy they get is crazy. Girls have left me and returned to guys like them. How do I compete with them when I have strict parents, a strict curfew and am just nothing like that in any sense?
