Scenario: You found out undeniably LTR is fooling around on you.

Solid Frame: Calmly tell her you no longer feel for her, and you wish her the best, but you don't want to be with her anymore. No argument, don't indulge her tantrum, close the door.

Weak Frame: Confront her, show her the evidence, demand an explanation in a loud voice, cry at her, etc.

Whenever it's hardest to keep frame is the test of a good frame.

Nobody makes you angry. You make yourself angry. Why would you give control over your emotional state to someone else?

Getting angry and shouting is losing control of your emotions so that's breaking frame. Something happened that turned you into a child and you couldn't keep it together.

If you are losing self-control and yelling out of anger or emotion, you are breaking frame.

If you are completely in control and yelling because you know it will work, then you are not.

You can express anger And maintain frame. It’s a bit tricky because you have to show your anger with intentionality. Not wild I react to anything type of anger but a cool calculated anger. If you want to get a better idea of anger and frame look up stoicism and expressing anger.
