Bettering your frame comes with practice and experience. Always be aware of your thoughts and try to ask for advice as little as possible. You learn through experience and when you fail, you learn more. The more experiences you go through, the better your frame because you'll have more to draw from and will know what to do the next time something similar happens.

Bettering your frame comes from mindfulness.

In a nutshell, yep, "frame" is just like any skill of any type that one learns over time

e.g. Things like wisdom, can only improve via 'age and experience, together with knowledge' and the wisdom acquired from it, (which is just one example) is what helps you know how to behave and think, when making decisions aboout 'how to behave' and whether to act, or not, in any given situation and make the right decision at the time!,

"should I have done X?" gets asked all the time all over reddit! - many people are incredibly unsure of what to do sometimes these days, as they get 'hyermmainmarkediated' by the repeated bullshit surrounding IRL that they have no idea what's 'the Right and PC thing to do" ... so they 'do nothing' as they usually can't get into 'trouble with the authorities' for that, which IMO is all sorts of fucked up. In my life I have saved the lives of at least 5 people I didn't know, and another 10 that I did/do! idk what to think!

The French have a thing/state of mind they call "l'espirit d'escalier' which literally means, "the spirit of/in the stairs" .. hehe!

When someone, usually a female, says something to you for which you have No answer to, usually a narky or cutting comment from someone (shit test) that you just can't find the words to reply to, even though you really want to reply, the words just don't come to you and it all goes to shit

And as you are walking away (down the stairs) The Most Perfect retort comes to mind and it kills you becoz it's too late to use!,, and is now, effectively useless! The walking away bit is a metaphor as IRL there's a chance you stay at the party/pub but I'm sure many a guy has left a gf's house somewhere just having lost a major shit test and has "l'espirit d'escalier' as he's get's in his car and drives off down the road, thinking "I can't fuckin believe that I didn't think to say that earlier! shit! thump!""

And these events can really fuck with your head for mainly two reasons, "it was a Brilliant reply! That very possibly have left her speechless, and two "it came literally 20 seconds later which can be hard to get off your mind, as somehow it keeps sneaking back and there seem to be 'reminders' everywhere about with a few of the words you were going to say on fucking Billboards ffs! And so for a few days, maybe even more, you're kicking yourself for somehow not thinking of this Great reply, 30 seconds earlier, and you feel like a fucking idiot about it ...

That's where TRP ideology comes through to save your mind, and when you even get half of what's on offer with TRP ideology, that is still going to change your life for the better!

Like playing a musical instrument or learning coding, you can always 'improve' your knowledge of it's massive repertoire and practice will always strengthen your 'playing/coding' skills when done correctly, that is, having the right instructions to follow in the first place and then putting in the effort required to achieve the results you desire.

That's how I know 'self improvement' requires, and as TRP advocates men improving themselves to increase their 'personal value', when you finally get to the point where you have genuinely achieved a level of self esteem where you have realize, that, being a 'better you' helps everyone you interact with, and that's it's own priceless rewards. How much something goes your way has a lot to do with one's frame and game.

One of my most valuable 'spiritual guides' in my life once said to me "You know you're on your path when your life is easy'. What he meant was not that you didn't have to do All the 'normal things' like working and therefore going through problems all the time, BUT that when you are genuinely living as a 'good person' and doing the right things at the right times, you will find things "working out just as you need" -- maybe not exactly as you want but the shit that counts goes smoothly and your life 'progresses' overall and in many ways.

I've found this to be the case for me, and I think TRP ideology is a sound one for young guys to enlighten themselves of the bullshit feminist rhetoric that's getting shoved down their well trained beta ass throats (unknowingly to them, until they swallow the pill) and improve their lives overall in many ways. It's the best thing since Plan-B! (sigh! the STD's of the new millenia, changed forever the good old bareback life ... sigh, condoms :()

TL:DR: Yep, keep up the practice grasshopper, before some kind of ladybird swoops on by and takes a piece of your ~~heart~~ ass whilst laying an egg in your head that grows into a worm that takes over your brain and turns you into a zombie!!

Abundance mentality, outcome independence.

Some specific tips:

1) Don't talk TOO much, guide the conversation so she does most of the talking and opens up. Do NOT overshare, or do anything to hamstring yourself.

2) Maintain a sexual vibe. Not with your words, but with your presence. Strong eye contact when appropriate, relaxed posture, playful touching. (I date fit girls, ask them to flex and then I squeeze their arm).

3) Have a drink or two...

Look at the people around you and try to maintain a lower emotional baseline than them. Emotions will cloud your judgment and cause you to break frame. Evaluating others relative to yourself gives you a good spot to work from.

Don't think of pink elephant. That's no good.

Instead, stop, and focus on the moment--the moment being you getting ready to meet this girl because you're sexually interested in her (and she wants to fuck you too). Instead of worrying about your game, don't loose sight of your masculine intent, and what you both are meeting each other for. Let it happen. Channel your interest in her and exude sexuality as things go. You build comfort / have fun, but the driving force is sexual in all of game. In this way, there's no floundering around and no stagnation in the interaction. If things go silent, you just look at her and smirk, because you know what's up, and most girls can't handle such 'awkward silences' (aka, crumbling before a man holding an unspoken sexual frame)

For me I didn't consciously do anything to improve frame, I was just aware of it being important and would recognise when I lost frame. My frame is super tight now... But yeah like it took me a good six months. I imagine there's probably some deliberate practice you could do to improve it faster.. But it'll happen eventually for you anyway man.

Yes it gets better with practice. So put yourself out there more. Even if it's just saying whatever is on the top of your mind to a cashier. Every interaction is practice.

Then, if after the interaction, you have that gut feeling that something didn't go the way you expected, then you can think about how you might have done things differently.

That's what I do and it has worked very well to the point where nowadays I hardly think about it and just maintain the fuck outta that frame. It's become easy and fun. But it took many years of Blue Pill pathetic behavior and at least 6 months of transition-to-RP.
