10 minutes of penetration isnt horrible.. id say average is about 10 - 15 minutes for me. Change positions, wear a condom, focus on breathing. Let her go ontop first, she'll get off easier. A bit of alcohol can help.

I think that's not entirely abnormal. Sex is mostly foreplay and all the other stuff leading up to the furious banging that brings on the orgasm. I wouldn't be worried so long as you're taking your time with foreplay, oral and fingering. Try implementing some massage in there, for maybe 20 minutes, before you even start touching the slit.
