So I'm not the biggest Red Pill Alpha guy out there, but I'm trying. I've been in a relationship with my girlfriend for 8 months now. I moved away to go to college while she's still back home. In a nutshell, it'll be about 5 years from now when we'd theoretically stop being long-distance and come back together. I was her first, she was mine.

So I don't want to write an entire essay here, so I'll try to keep this as concise as possible. She gets pissed at me frequently. It reminds me of my relationship that I had with my mother in that way. There's always something I do wrong. Now I've been working recently to stand up for myself and hold frame. It's worked many times now. But with this new-found distance between us, it is much harder to communicate and solve problems.

From what I've learned here, actions speak louder than words. So how am I supposed to show actions when all the contact I have with her is through words?

I know that the Red Pill mantra in this case would be "Ditch her, LDRs don't work."

I'm really trying to avoid that, but with all of this fighting, and other red-flags that I've noticed, I'm starting to believe that this won't work.

So I'm asking you big scary Alphas out here for some advice.

  1. Can LDRs work?

  2. How do I deal with her when she gets pissed at me when I'm 1400 miles away?

  3. Is there anything else I should be doing that will help this?

P.S. Yes, I've read the sidebar.
