Hey all. This is not intented to be a sob story, I (25/M/6"0/167) just want some genuine advice on something I am struggling for over 2 years now. And I am sure I am not the only one. I am suffering from a chronic disease called Hedratenitis Suppretiva, which causes large, painful, boils in my armpit, buttocks and lower belly area. On top of that I have acne on my back. Not like severe acne but it is very visible. My face is spared thank god. Now, this condition will never go away as it is chronic, but it is treatable. However the treatment (laser surgery) is very costly and being a student with debt it is impossible for me to finance it. So I approached it in a different way. By eating healthy foods, lifting a lot and generally giving attention to my wellbeing I managed to control the disease to the point where I occassionally get a boil. The thing is and this is where I need the help of you guys: HS left dark pointy scars all over my lower belly, buttocks and armpits and my back looks like a minefield. I am not ashamed to admit that these scars make me very insecure about my body. I am in shape, I have a decent face, I look good in clothes, but once it comes to point of revealing my body to women, I withdraw and pussy out. It got to the point where I dont even want to approach women anymore because I want to fix these scars first. How can I change my mindset and accept my body the way it is?

EDIT2: I deleted the photos! Thanks for the helpful advice. The main thing I am taking for this is that I Should Not Give A Fuck and Lift. Thats exactly what I am going to do!
