Like most other people here, once I started embracing TRP concepts my friends began to ostracize me. My very presence became a threat to their way of life; because accepting me as their friend meant accepting the truth. The more I tried to help them the less they wanted to talk to me. Regardless of the fact that when they listened it did them good.
I feel they lost respect for me. Human interaction revolves so much around perception, to openly admit that the way you've been living your life is shit reveals your inferiority. And when, by comparison, those who share a lifestyle with you begin to understand the truth, they expunge you out of fear.
It's funny how a group of guys so hell bent on one-upping each other cower in fear from the biggest challenge of all. To think that these people who you've been friends with for so long could abandon you from one day to the next is something else.
But I don't resent them. In fact, I hold the dissolution of our friendship as a personal failing.
Law 2 states: Never put too much trust in friends, learn how to use enemies.
Women are not the only beings susceptible to the influences of power. Upholding an image of superiority, your reputation, you must influence everyone.
Are there any of you here who still believe in the idea of a true friend?
