Yesterday, I ran into my ex. It's been a year (no contact whatsoever) since I have seen her. This break up was what helped me jump from blue to red. Maybe I am not completely red yet since I am writing this post, but just need some consultation. Its hard for something like this not to have at least a slight impact.

During the interaction, I did everything in my power to remain calm and honestly I can say that my commitment to myself and improving myself helped me remain steady and confident during this interaction. She was panicked and shocked. She repeated several times things like "OMG I can't do this right now it's been so long. OMG", which I replied with "Chill, calm down. Were cool."

What is bothering me is that during the interaction her reaction made me go a bit blue, because twice during the conversation I said something like "We should hang out." I am kicking myself for this, because this might sound a little needy. Essentially, it's driving me crazy thinking that I said some needy shit like this. I know what is done is done.

Is this as bad as my mind is driving me to think?
