Why do you need sexual market value if you're not trying to sell or buy anything on the sexual marketplace? That like saying "do I need money if I don't plan on buying anything?".

You should probably keep it somewhat in check so that if you ever wish to go back onto the market you don't have huge amounts of work to do, and you should keep your body in good shape regardless for your own health and well being, but no, if you don't give a shit about banging chicks you don't need SMV.

There's no reason not to work out and improve your looks. There really isn't, as if nothing else, the health benefits are useful in that respect, and people respect someone who takes care of themselves.

That and you might not need mtgow to begin with if you do.

I'd assume that being in the pursuit of personal growth and development would inevitably lead to an increase in SMV. In your case, being more attractive to women isn't a goal but merely a by product of your development.

What you do with your increased attraction level is up to you.
