Marriage does not insulate you from the dynamics of the Game. Even if you have a girl with super firm religious beliefs, if you don't run effective Game she will lose attraction and walk all over you. I know some very religious women who treat their husbands like doormats. Feminism has corrupted many Christian denominations.

Focus on a woman's attitudes in determining whether or not she is suitable for an LTR. Religiosity doesn't necessarily mean she is a good fit. Is she naturally feminine? Does she enjoy pleasing you? Does she have feminine skills such as cooking and cleaning? Does she have a low partner count? Does she come from a high functioning family?

Don't do anything. Don't try to do these things. Don't do it. The less you do, the more you do.

You can't just go through the motions and fake this stuff. Why it works is because the way you think about the world changes. You see that women are not diamonds in the rough, but apples in the orchard. Most are passable, some are rotten, and a few are really fantastic apples. But even the best apple is still just an apple in the middle of an apple orchard. If you're eating this fantastic apple and find a hidden bruise that is all gross and mushy, you don't get depressed and try to fix the apple, nor do you keep eating it. You toss it aside and find a new one, because why wouldn't you? You're literally surrounded by apples.

You've got a ladder with you to pick more apples. Some dudes have taller ladders, others shorter. Once you figure out how tall your ladder is, you know which apples you can pick. And once you learn how to make your ladder taller, you can pick the higher apples.

Don't eat rotten apples. They're low hanging fruit, they might have even fallen off the tree. They're easy to pick, but you'll probably get sick and die if you eat that shit. You want firm toned apples with good skin.

The Red Pill is a sexual strategy, not strictly an LTR strategy.

It can facilitate LTR, but LTRs are much more complicated. You have to give her some beta as well as alpha if you want to maintain it. Additionally, you want to establish a Captain and First Mate type of relationship for a good LTR.

That being said, tempered with good judgment, all four of those bullets will likely maximize your happiness in an LTR.
