I am a bit puzzled about the answers here. It might be a matter of nations and if you are from the US you should probably listen to the others - as the fem rape culture seems to be something strong over there.

If you are not from US and don't see hundreds of feminists claiming rape everyday just go silent on the friend and your gf until she gets better mood. She might apologize in a direct or indirect way while approaching you via text or in real life. If she does, continue as if nothing has happened.

You are the stone. Bitches get crazy from time to time and try to get emotions from you. But you don't give them emotions because bitches barely touch your core. In the moment she was angry at you you were having fun with your friends, went lifting, or studied. You didn't think of her for even a second. She only exists if she is in front of you.

In the mean time approach new girls and focus only on yourself. I really liked your answer to the dinner although I wouldn't use 'lol' the next time. You aren't a boy anymore.
