How i talk and perceive people have changed, but the problem is it is not unconscious.

It will become more and more unconscious over time, just like anything else.

If you want to really dig into how that mechanism for learning works, my suggestion is Jared Tendler's explanation of the four stages of learning. I think it's called the conscious competence model of learning.

A natural alpha is raised with it, he sees things and reacts to them unconsciously or knows the difference like it's an instinct and acts on it.

What you perceive as natural is largely learned at such an early age that it just seems natural.

I do not know if i am alone here but i feel like i see everything and it fucking bothers me. I started to calculate everyones responses and automatically categorize them by bitch, beta, alpha, and so on. It happens even when i'm watching a movie and see a guy that is beta and i go like "you fucking beta piece of shit".

Identifying it is fine (and probably good), but vilifying the beta (when he's not someone directly affecting you) is not fine.

The real question here is what is the road to make it an instinct but not like a programming. How do we differenciate.

I differ with Rollo Tomassi and some others in redpill on this. Alpha's are built. Men are forged. Are there some men that are born risk takers and pick up alpha traits quicker? Absolutely.

My experience is the guys that appear to be 'natural' alpha's had strong father figures and or male mentors, learned about women very early (sisters, social family) and as a consequence started to approach women and garner lots of attention from women very early on. Those guys failed and got rejected like any other guy but they 'failed faster' they picked up the rules faster; they used failure as a catalyst to continue to grow and not to ruminate and give up. So by the time they hit age 14-19 they were just crushing pussy.

By the time they hit their twenties they look like naturals. They 'appear' to pass all tests with the greatest of ease. Nothing phases them; but they weren't born like that.

If you practice something long enough you will see success and then the success propels you to new levels. Most men just never get that first carrot of success that inspires them to eternally weather failure when it comes to women because women gravitate to these very few 'naturals.'

Repetition and time.

The more you repeat something the more your brain starts to take it as an instinc. With time you will internalize it and have correct emotional responses instead of having to being constantly rationally analyzing every situation.

The "natural" (I do not like the distinction as I do not think the distinction is so hard) has years of advantage over you. But if you keep exposing yourself to the right situations and environtment eventually your brain will react like if it was like that all your life.

You can think of it like practicing martial arts. You keep repeating the same movement again and again in the correct form so the brain internalizes the movement and once in combat it comes as an instinc so you do not have to be thinking on proper form and can concentrate on the combat. This is called muscle memory. Same applies to "social memory". Keep repeating the " movement" in proper form and the brain will eventually do it instinctually.

What you're talking about just takes time, patience, and practice. The first step is the knowledge. The second step is planning your future accordingly. The third step is living the lifestyle. Compare it to learning anything else new. Do you play games? Sports? An instrument? Consider what it was like when you were only a few months in. Yeah, you knew the basics, but you were really only just getting started. You have to encounter situations you don't have answers to in order to find the answers, and then you have to encounter situations that trigger your old schema in order to uproot it and replace it with the new schema. In other words, it just takes time. Stick at it and it will only become increasingly natural for you. Remember that what is 'natural' to us is just what we've accepted enough times as true to make it a part of our internal frame. Like believing the sky is blue. How often do you look up to check if it's still blue? You've just accepted it, so you walk around 24/7 all day knowing it's blue without even seeing it. Yet, when it changes from 2016 to 2017 next year, you will automatically write 2016 at least a few times by accident. That's just how we work. Takes time.

You have been brainwashed to see a fantasy (gender equality, social heirarchy equality, women are wonderful, the government is there to make you safe, etc). When you finally see reality, it differs so much from the fantasy that it's appalling. You're taking everything in all at once and becomes negative sensory overload.

Reality is hitting your 2decade+ indoctrinated brain. It's going to take some time to rewire and rid of the blue pill disease. The conscious recognition doesn't ever completely go away, but your attitude starts to become neutral to it. This is the price of the red pill. You can't go back, but you can live in denial if you want.

Fake it till you make it... doesn't matter whether you are alpha inside or beta or any other Greek letter, but it's how you're interpreted. So, behave like an alpha. If you do this well, others will see you as an alpha, which will reinforce your "act" and take it deeper inside you and the cycle will repeat until every ounce of you is alpha and you no longer have to fake it.

Embrace the overload and see it as a benefit.

You are not the natural Alpha, but you are better, you are the Alpha 2.0.

Use being conscious of all the bluepill shit as a weapon, soon you wont be that much bothered and everything will be natural to you and it will be even better, the world is a bluepill fest, well shit, you already knew that subconsciously, go be a badass, you won the lottery finding redpill.

Most of the time now it amuses me to see all of it, kinda like Neo when he could see everything in the matrix with that enhanced vision, you can see through everything, its not a curse its a gift, use it.

I have always considered RPers to be Sigmas on the personality scale. We see a broken system and instead of conforming to it, we work outside it for our own gain.

But on the mentality scale, we operate as alphas. As that is what one with a sigma personality would do.

Sigma: The outsider who doesn't play the social game and manage to win at it anyhow. The sigma is hated by alphas because sigmas are the only men who don't accept or at least acknowledge, however grudgingly, their social dominance. (NB: Alphas absolutely hate to be laughed at and a sigma can often enrage an alpha by doing nothing more than smiling at him.) Everyone else is vaguely confused by them. In a social situation, the sigma is the man who stops in briefly to say hello to a few friends accompanied by a Tier 1 girl that no one has ever seen before. Sigmas like women, but tend to be contemptuous of them. They are usually considered to be strange. Gammas often like to think they are sigmas, failing to understand that sigmas are not social rejects, they are at the top of the social hierarchy despite their refusal to play by its rules.
