Aside from the obvious answers like read SGM, here’s my hidden gem if I want to last longer - breathing techniques.

When having sex, be actively conscious of how aroused you are on a scale from 1-10. When you get to about a 7, slow down, pull out to change positions, go down on her, kiss her, etc. and take a deep breath in through your nose and back out your mouth. Try to do this as covertly as possible. If you do this, it will take you away from the point of no return and you can keep going.

Don’t believe me? Try it next time you masturbate or have a booty call and consciously keep track of where you are on your personal scale. It may take 3-4 times to get down, but it works. Good luck.
