Look. It doesn't matter. I'll tell you why, even if you think this is bs, as long as case numbers spike or continue to grow, governments will have grounds to keep control or order lockdowns at will.

All you can do it make the best out of your circumstances.

TRP is amoral and apolitical.

As for my personal view, lockdown is effective when done in the right way, and definitely more effective for certain countries (e.g island nations who control their borders).

The lockdown would have been most effective if every country had done it simultaneously in March-April for a six week but the world wasn’t prepared.

If you’re case numbers are low enough then it’s probably worth doing it. Obviously some countries like the States are beyond that point.

A lot of people brush it off as being only as bad the flu, but it’s known to have neurotoxic and hepatotoxic properties so can damage your nervous system and liver, not to mention your reproductive organs. As such I’d rather not get it whereas i don’t give a shit about the flu.

I've saved & invested a shit loads of money, bought a new flat, made fitness gains, improved my cooking, and still managed to get laid.

Cancelled a couple of holidays but hey ho, there are legit people dying.

If you're on furlough or WFH and haven't been using this opportunity then you've only got yourself to blame.

Yep, I'm getting a bit bored of it (now into second lockdown in the UK), but no point crying about it, it is what it is. I don't really have time for conspiracy theorists.

It's not just you man. Everyone is suffering from this. In my country you can' t walk outside with someone that isnt your family or part of your household.

Bars, cafes, shops all closed and it's winter time so its cold outside, dark, foggy, occasional rain and nighttime starts at 5 pm.

Also police curfew after 9. Impossible to date anyone and most girls live either at home or with loads of roommates. So good luck hanging out anywhere.

I just focus on work, reading and my fitness. Occasionally play a video game with some friends, which I haven't done for years and do some hobbies.

Most people are depressed right now, eating junk food and feeling miserable. My plan is to come out of this lockdown fully improved. The other option is to feel sorry for myself.

Some days it's a struggle I admit and I miss the good old times. Regarding the measures, I deem everything besides masks in closed spaces and disinfection as total bullshit

They are bullshit, but we won't get out of them anytime soon. Best to find fellow people who skirt the rules and create your own underground society
