Outward game comes from inner game. The way you outward carry yourself reflects who you are in the inside.

However, physical features for a man that women find attractive are having visible and tangible muscle, low body fat (basically don’t be fat and have muscles. Groom yourself- neat haircut, maintain your facial hair, pluck your damn nose hair, wear deodorant...etc

The incels are right about this stuff. Looks above all, mostly facial. Mostly all very permanent outside of drastic surgical solutions.

Little to no muscle definition. One of the biggest and most obvious differences between men and women is the physical size of men. If you don’t have at least some muscle, you look more girly and weak.

It’s bone structure. Weak cheekbones, recessed maxilla, recessed mandibles, un-protruding chin, severe asymmetry.

Posture and muscle help but facial aesthetics is far more powerful in creating lust from women.

I note not one fucking person in this thread so far has mentioned the most important thing, the thing incels always miss - facial aesthetics.

The human brain is incredibly sensitive to minor things in the face. I'm not saying you should get loads of surgery and end up looking like one of those nutters who sits on daytime TV saying "I want to look like Justin Beiber" while actually looking like a serious burns vitcim.

This is something that is a serious flaw with the whole "Red Pill" philosophy - the real "red pill" is accepting the world doesn't bow to you, and you should be the best person you can be. If you're ugly, you cannot expect women to ignore hundreds of millions of years of evolution. It is your problem and your responsibility. But so many incels buy into this shit and expect some easy fix. It often isn't that easy, but it is possible.

I expect downvotes from incels on this, but honestly, I just want to help. If you ignore it and continue your madness, it benefits me. But I don't want that. I want you to change.

Being fat, bad posture, poor fitting clothes hygiene. Unruly facial hair beards are great brush and trim. Walking with your head down ,not making eye contact, submissive body language etc
