I have a girl. She's probably a HB8. I know it sounds pretty lame but she's the only girl I've been talking to for the past few months (Before that i decided to go monk mode). She has very few or no red flag to me. Her appearance is 8/10. She's smart and well educated, submissive, positive and an introvert girl. She's been through 2 breakups of short-term relationships, exes cheated on her. I went out with her a few times.

We've been flirting here and there but she was very reserved and shy. Until lately i found out she has like 10 other dudes just like me, she's been flirting with all of them. Since we re both busy people so we communicated mainly through texts. But she didnt seem to be interested, she only texted me whenever she felt like it (about 2 long texts a day).

I know it shouldnt be a thing for me to worry about, it's so beta to behave this way, and it sounds like i've emotionally invested too much into this girl. I know. So I decided to walk away, and she was happy with it.

I'm not asking to fix anything here. I just wanna know if I did the right thing and should I continue to walk away whenever I think I invest way too much than the girl?
