Yeah,

she didn't have a boyfriend when she initiated kino,
didn't have a boyfriend when she asked you for a ride,
didn't have a boyfriend when she got into your car abandoning herself in a fit of naive trust into your custody,
didn't have a boyfriend when she invited you up for "coffee" even though you don't drink coffee and besides she doesn't have any coffee.

Then when things get real she suddenly has a boyfriend.

Since I'm in the USA, I'd have turned around and walked out at the first inkling of LMR, because at that point it would have been her word against mine, and guess who would be spending the night in jail over an allegation, DNA or no DNA.

At the risk of sounding like a perfect gentleman, which I am not, I wouldn't have accepted her invitation to come in. Nor would I have given her a ride home; that's what women's girlfriends are for, that's why they have them, to look out for one another. If she is out alone or out with girls who leave her stranded, she is ipso facto trouble.

But what this all boils down to, is that she pursued you, she threw herself at you. That should have been Your Sign. Mentally and emotionally stable women don't behave that way. We all know the term for them.

And the term for men like you is Nice Guy. Did you really think she was going to thank you properly for the ride home you so generously gave her? In hindsight, do you think maybe you were being naive? I understand you were trying to get compensation for your favor and trying to avoid being taken advantage of, but once you arrived at her place, you already allowed her to take advantage of you, didn't you.

As an afterthought, how do you think you would look in court, admitting having said you slap women?

"No, no, I mean yes I said that, but that is all wrong, that was taken out of context!"

She was into you, then changed her mind (maybe because she decided not to be unfaithful, or maybe she decided she'd rather watch TV or take a glorious post-club poop, who knows), which you ignored repeatedly with physical advances.

Then, you made an implied threat of physical violence, or at the very least said you have a history of violence against women. Don't ever tell a woman you beat other women, or even let that shit take up space pretending to be a legitimate thought in your head. Even talking about unprovoked violence against your girlfriend is one of the weakest, smallest things you could possibly do.

Should have left after she said she had a boyfriend and wasn't going to hook up with you. Everything up to that point was unrecoupable sunk cost.
