Some men agree to this and when they hit 40 it works out in their favor since they can chase all the poon they want and the wife runs out of options. Honestly I think it's a big mess to do it that way.

Some men really don't give a fuck, and some men are hugeley desperate and needy and will accept some shitty situations.

The thing you should acknowledge is that you have imperfect knowledge of her relationship status. She could be a nonexculsive plate that thinks she's in an open relationship. Her boyfriend could think he's exclusive and she's just doing damage control on you. She could be shit-testing you. You don't know. Assume the worst and act accordingly.

In an LTR this is basically agreeing to be cucked. I'd never go for it. That said, describing relationships as "open" is pretty effective for creating a PC language to describe plating women and mitigate backlash. I've found this pretty effective in my dating life.

Typically, open relationship means that the male half is beta and will do anything to keep his women. Including becoming a cuckold.

There are alpha males in open relationships though, that get just as much out of it as the female half. This is more rare, but IMO, the only "fair" open relationship arrangement.

Open relationship male here. Demanded it from day 1, before I even discovered TRP. Started the relationship at a high level of dread.

The early years were tough. I wasn't able to pull plates and she had no trouble finding the occasional lover. Dread went down, life got worse.

Found TRP. Started lifting. Have plates now - two in the city, two outside of it for when I travel or festival. Life is great.

Certainly isn't the most popular lifestyle here on TRP, but it works for me.

He is desperate. He has low self-esteem. He is out of shape. He knows the only way to "keep" her is (him + other guys).
