Did you warm up at all? Before I or anyone else working with me goes out and does cold approaches, warming up by just conversing with random people gets the conversational part of the brain going.

Counting to three and just going for it helps ease my mind. If I try to take time and plan how to do an approach, my mind comes up with a million reasons why I shouldn't go, and I never make a move.

You tell us. We weren’t there with you how would we know? Like did you actually talk to some women? Or you got cold feet and decided to bail? Or did they reject you or wave their hand at your face while saying no? Did you have some convo but they end up screaming for help lol?

I will say that warmer approaches where its more natural to talk to the girl like chatting with that girl in the bar is better than cold approach. Your problem with cold approach is simply anxiety. So make a goal to approach one woman and then give yourself a reward when you try, even if she ignores you.

Are you using the same game for street approaches vs pub approaches, cause that might be your problem, you need to vary your approach, bars are easy, women are expecting to get hit on ygm. So as long as you're decent looking and have a bit of banter, you're calm. However street approaches are very different, you can't just walk up to someone and say "I think you're fit", so you need an in, ask for directions and then tell her you like how her voice sounds, compliment her outfit etc. Also having a plan will help with your confidence, knowing how you're going to start the conversation rather than simply freestyling

You said you tried ...., but did you had a plan? What did you want to do and where did you stop?

If you know exactly what to do, there is no need to be afraid, but if you still cannot do it, then you need to work on fixing that problem first.

well I can confidently say I did 0 warm ups, didn’t have a plan other than just try to strike a brief conversion and shoot for gold. Piss poor planning probably had the most impact on that session more than anything else. Thanks for the feedback guys much appreciated

100+ approaches in. Probably 55% of mines are daygame. It's still takes more time for me compared to night game at the clubs/bars to approach a chick at a mall or grocery store. I can approach a 10 night game ni problem. See her at a grocery store, it might take me a minute or two longer to approach and it's caused me to miss out on a few.

I think part of this has to do with day game being considered more unnatural to night game. At clubs and bars, men are expected to approach women. At groceries and malls, not so much so that's why I believe for me it takes a bit longer. Ive done so many daygame approaches though that I still approach anyways but I do notice myself being a bit more hesitant.

Bro after hundreds of daygame approaches, I can suggest you, dont do this. If I have learnt anything from the daygame experience; location, time, and her state of mind matter a lot. Street has the worst combination for all these 3 factors. You must build a social life and approach socially. You can meet a lot through night game or night activities if you are in big city. Daygame you can try occasionally, but street, grocery, etc are few of the worst options. University, bookstores, girl shops, etc at least seem bit better.
