Tl;dr: It's less than 2 minutes and would probably take less time to watch than to read this comment, but to cover the topics in my own words:

"Ask questions". You ever meet those people that just never stop talking about themselves? How about those people that just tell you the extremely apparent,overly simplistic solutions that to all your complex problems? The way you engage others the most is by asking questions, not by telling me about your gay son that reminds you of me. Ask questions, but remember to avoid interview mode.
"Active listening". Do not have a plan for where you want to take the conversation. You don't need to talk about sex to have sex. Every single first date I've been on where I fucked, I just spoke to the girls as I would speak to anybody (okay, probably a little bit wittier and funnier than I am when I talk to my 90-something year-old Cuban grandma) and just physically escalated. Ask questions. Make jokes. Don't plan out the conversation (unless you hit an awkward pause, then just think of the next thing to say). When she says something interesting: react. Laugh if you think it's funny. Sudden head tilt up, a jolt backwards, the look of suprise coming across your face when your surprised. If your naturally very stoic like me, being more expressive will benefit you more in letting the people around you know what's going through your head at that moment (and whether you're paying attention or not). Vice versa, stoicism helps in other situations, but I'm not covering them this post.
"Decoding non-verbal behavior". Body language. I'm not going over this here on Seddit because there are an infinite number of other posts exploring just that. But if you're new here or you don't already know; always use open body language. Mimic your conversation partner's body language (unless it is closed body language, then continue using open). The only time you shouldn't use open body language with a girl is if you want to make her try harder. I've used it on a girl that was into me that I wasn't really attracted to. The cold shoulder, along with brief moments of giving her my full 100% undivided attention, worked great for stringing her along. It's the same technique these same girls may have used on you at some point in your life or another.

Does anyone have any other recommendations like this video that might expand on the topic a little. Not from a dating or PUA perspective specifically but just general knowledge.
