Right. Because you weren't paying attention to her. You were focused on what you wanted, without regard for her state.

How go you gauge how fast/slow she likes to move? Pay attention to the girl. You should be starting off any kino slow and light anyway. At a level that could almost be considered accidental contact. And then you.......pay attention to her physical responses and feedback. And match her.

It's not difficult. If she likes it, she'll lean into it or simply do nothing. If she doesn't, she'll flinch or pull away. And as you are advancing, you must take some time to pull back a little occasionally, to see if she is into it. If she is into it, then pulling away will incite a response that shows she likes your touch. If she isn't into it, she'll take the opportunity to really open up the distance.

I think approaching girls met from Tinder are not the right way to start learning how to seduce girls.

For this reason, there is not much I can suggest. There are a lot of variables.

Tinder is an easy way to contact a lot of different girls but starting with chatting AND THEN meeting is just much harder.

For knowing when to go for the kiss, either you definitely feel it's the right time or just ask "do you want to kiss me?", if yes, kiss, if maybe, "let's find out" and kiss, if no, "it felt like you wanted to kiss me, just wanted to make sure".

When you showed you were more invested into her, by sending a text apologized you turned her off.

You may of felt weird but she didnt or she would show it in her actions.

Familiarity is not seductive.

What she is communicating to you is.

"Im not interested"

Saying you moved to fast is just a way to communicate dissinterest in a socially acceptable way.

You didnt move too fast, you probably didnt move fast enough.
