As i don’t know much about her it’s hard to think of an opener but based on your scenario I think a direct approach would be good, walk up to her with a smile, say your name, leave a pause while keeping eye contact for her to either tell you her name or if a couple seconds go by without her saying anything then ask her name. (Builds tension)

Talk about your experience of Panama and ask her how she’s finding it. Nothing too crazy it’s just something to get a conversation going.

Once you’ve talked with each other for a bit ask how long she’s staying for and if she’d like to go to the hotel bar which would allow you to build kino and escalate further. When that time comes I’m sure you’ll know how to play your cards

However, I would still play casual and laidback in the beginning, have some funny small talk and suggest to spend more time together after you get into common vibe. You don’t have to apply pressure or be blunt if you can take time to escalate gradually and naturally, that’s how it is supposed to be, in most situations.
