Befriend everyone before you make the move on the girl you like. Sometimes it will take more than a few minutes. It can take half an hour or more. You're not interested in splitting the group or hindering the fun of the group before that. Show you're not an enemy, but an ally. Once it's done, tell everyone you're taking the girl you're interested to talk for a minute. That's where you offer to exchange socials. OFFER, DO NOT ASK. You're not a beggar. You're of value. Get that through your head.

Very simple. The loud girl says something you ignore it and say to the other girl "you're very quiet over there what's your name?".

I always use this when I go to a group, I would vibe with the whole group first, just having fun conversations and just generally being the one controlling the conversation. Then if it’s a 2 man, my buddy would also pitch in with the chatting, the moment i see my buddy controlling the conversation topic with the others in the group, I would look at the girl I want and just in a more charismatic and a bit nonchalant way (don’t do too much nonchalance in there lol) ask about her story, literally use that “what’s your story?” Works for me all the time, that gets her interested in talking about herself, now you just pull her into your side and create a little conversation bubble of you two. From there it’s just pure fun and the general game.

If you’re alone, and nobody else is distracting the group, you have to be a bit more careful and a bit more confident..that is, after you’re vibing with the group, you compliment your target, but do it in a way that you ask the friends about her, basically using her friends to compliment her, something like “You’re pulling off that color so well, don’t you guys think so?” (Maybe something more creative depending on the situation). This does 2 things, you’re complimenting her and also including the friends to do so which makes them feel seen.

At that point usually you just have to go all in on her…

Bonus tip: don’t stick around too long, going back to the principle of availability..tell them you have something else going on or have to get to somewhere, meet up with friends or something.. and take her contact.

Be nice to everyone, and involve all of them before making your move on the one you originally wanted. Being hostile to people in the group is not going to do you any favors. Next time say yeah I'd actually like to get your friends number.

This is just a concept, but should work as is: The idea is that you have to make sure that the group is included first, after that you can do whatever you’d like

Approach the group: “Hey, quick question, are you guys close friends?” (They’ll say yes.)

Then: “If something great happened to one of you tonight, you’d hype her up, not get jealous, right?” (They have to say hype up.)

Then point at the girl you like: “Perfect. Because she caught my eye. Be honest, do you think we’d be a good match?”

This makes the friends support you, puts her in a positive spotlight, and gets her naturally pulled into the convo. From there you just talk to her and ask for her number.
