You think ONS, or one offs with coworkers example.. is a false desire for what you actually want? A partner, someone who's gonna cuddle with you every night, or say yes to coming along to a simple grocery run, or be there to pick you up when you get off work?

Drink enough and you'll get bored. A loving LTR is the real prize.

Sure having sex with plenty girls is fun and exciting and all that, but if you start going to orgies and such you'll get sated. At least I have.

IMO fwb is "the worst" because the novelty wears off, and you disappoint if you disappear, but you also start to develop some bond and connection and it all just gets painful eventually. At least that's how I've felt about it.

I hate one night stands. I was probably 30 bodies deep before I had one and I knew right from then I would never do it again. So soulless, such meaninglessness. There was no point to any of it. I gotta know you and who you are. I need a bit more of a connection.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Most ONS I've had end up evolving into a FWB relationship and that's cool, but I like to feel a connection with women I'm with, so the whole "hump and dump" thing never sat well with me.
