How often do other people on Seddit approach girls they aren't interested in? Particularly for the sake of 'practice'.

When I go out, any person that comes within a certain proximity gets talked to. This includes ugly women, attractive women, dudes, grandmas, whatever.

But on occasions when I go out specifically to practice day game, I really limit myself to girls that capture my attention. Is this a good thing or should I try to approach other girls for the sake of practice?
