Hello people, I've been following this subreddit with interest for a while and many times I found it very motivating and inspiring Now it's time for me to ask my question:

I'm 40 as the title says and for different reasons amongst which a healt problem (which now is overcome) I didn't manage to have a lot of sex during my life.

I would like to have as many casual relationships as possible until I find the right person to settle down with. That's my plan.

I need some advice from people more experienced than me in a few things tho:

1) Do the PUA courses work? Has anyone had any result with any of them or is it just marketing? Could you recommend any books?

2) Do you think a 40 year old who goes clubbing and approaches girls often younger than him comes across as creepy?

3) How to play with dating apps? The majority of my matches put me off very quickly cause, even tho I would be open for something serious, it seems they want to see commitment from the beginning, too soon for me whereas I would date in a more relaxed way without the need to go necessarily somewhere.

I live in the UK and even tho I appreciate every answer I would love to get replies from people who live in the UK, cause I think women behave in different ways according to cultural differences.
