I don't know gay PUA lingo but when girls do that if you use it back at them it always works.

Say something they do is cute then go look across the room at another girl and they'll come back with something obviously into you.

Example: "So I post on internet forums because I don't have confidence with girls" "Awww you're such a cutie...that'll be funny to tell my friends" "You tell your friends about every guy you talk to?...cute." "Well...only the ones I like =D"
