Yes, you'd be surprised what confidence, good body language and approach, strong attraction game (approach, teasing, banter, DHVs, stories) can do. Please don't respond telling me you can't do these things; I've heard enough self limiting beliefs today (you have one, btw). :)

Read Superflirt and Superdate for body language/IOIs. Read al the Seddit sidebar help. And go out and open a few hundred sets for starters. Getting better at anything is all about motivation.
