Pickup noob here. A couple months ago I decided to introduce some of these "apha behaviors" much beloved by this subreddit into my life.

While I have yet to get laid, my social life has improved dramatically. I'm no longer afraid to call my friends to hang out. And in reciprocity, my friends are much likely to call me now to hangerz out. With a superior social circle, social opportunities have increased dramatically.

I think an important thing about being a true alpha male is to become a true giver, rather than only a taker. As a beta, I could only accept social invitations. As an alpha, you create social opportunities. And your friends will be thankful for your initiative.

With a smile and a good attitude, you can make everyone's day a little bit brighter. I love walking into a store now or chit-chatting with a stranger, and flash them a confident smile and interested eye contact, and you can see how it brightens their day.

My job interview game has improved too - I no longer treat my interviewers as the arbiters of my fate - only as people, whom can be charmed and seduced, just like anyone else.

It's funny that intoxicated people think the only reason I'm so extroverted because maybe alcohol has loosened my tongue a little, when I'm completely sober. When you're alpha, you're in control of your feelings and how you want to act, not some silly little drug.

Anyways, be a giver, and friends and strangers will love you for it.
